Return & Exchange Policy

At Cuddle & Cradle, we believe in providing 100% satisfaction to our customers. In the rare case that the customer is not satisfied they may return or exchange the product.

Return policy:

The customer can return the item in case it is found faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • In order to initiate the return kindly WhatsApp/call us on 0300-8888-486 within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be returned (through traceable delivery i.e., renown courier or registered post) within 7 days of receiving the order along with original invoice.
  • Returned item must be
  • In original packing (carefully folded)
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With tags and labels
  • No return will be possible for products on SALE.
  • The customer must bear the cost of courier charges for sending it back.
